Adam Miles

Vice President Business Development South Central

Mr. Miles has served in business management, development, and leadership roles in facility services and other multi-business organizations. Adam has overseen startup operations across the Southeast, and managed numerous books of business in both rural and suburban areas. He has experience in lead generation, comprehensive proposals and contract renewals, c-suite negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, federal contracting and set aside business vetting across North and Latin America. Adam attended The University of Tennessee where he earned a B.A. and was a student athlete on the football team. During his time at UT, he was a 4-year starter, received 2 Academic All SEC awards, participated in 4 postseason bowls and played for 2 SEC Championships.

 

Russell Leboff

Vice President Business Development Mid-Atlantic and N. Georgia

Mr. Leboff brings over 30 years business development and operations leadership experience to our clients with 10 years in education workforce and facilities management supporting K-12 schools and higher education in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Responsibilities with HES include relationship development, procurement, contracting negotiations, and transition to operations. He always maintains an ongoing relationship with HES partners. Russell previously served in senior leadership roles with a premier facilities services company supporting facilities management solutions where he was committed to treating employees and clients like valued partners. Russell resides in Richmond, Virginia and is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

Jim Heatherly

Vice President Business Development Mid-South

Mr. Heatherly brings over 30 years of service experience to HES Facilities. His current responsibilities include sales and marketing to the South-Central region including Arkansas, Missouri, Ohio, and Kentucky. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from East Tennessee State University.

Rodger Hollenbeck

Vice President Business Development Midwest

Mr. Hollenbeck is a graduate of the University of Missouri and has more than 25 years of executive management experience. He has been involved in custodial services for over 10 years where he held the positions of Operations Manager and General Manager. He also held positions of Vice President of Sales & Marketing as well as President and CEO of Albers Manufacturing, prior to bringing his skills to WFF in 2009. Rodger’s success in business is attributed to his focus on customer service and establishing long-term partnerships with every customer. His leadership and ability to train and motivate people are the keys to his success. Rodger resides in Lake St. Louis, when he is not visiting his schools, and can often be found on his sailboat or at the tennis courts. Rodger’s passion for life can be seen and felt by all those  working around him; his ability to understand the custodial business and communicate it to every level of our team is a true gift.

Hugh Cussen

Vice President Business Development Texas and Central

Mr. Cussen brings over 27 years business development and operations leadership experience to our clients, with 8 years solving and engineering creative facilities and dining solutions in the education community. He is a humble servant focused on the Central Region (Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, and the Dakota’s.) Hugh resides in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, with his wife Barbara. They both enjoy making memories with their four grown children.

Geordie Straubing

Vice President Business Development West

Mr. Straubing brings over 20 years of business development and operations leadership experience to HES Facilities.  Geordie has a proven track record of introducing and implementing facility service solutions to clients in the Western half of the United States. He is a Graduate of San Diego State University and resides in Colorado with his wife and three children.

Michael Wenrich

Senior Sales Director Florida and S. Georgia

Mr. Wenrich brings over 12 years of business development and operational leadership experience to HES Facilities. His attention to detail will bring strategically planned and customer-focused facility solutions to K-12 and Higher Education partners in Florida and Georgia. He is a graduate of Penn State and resides in Orlando, Florida.

Chris Jones

Vice President Business Development Northeast

Mr. Jones leads the HES business development efforts in the Northeast Region. He manages new partner acquisitions, program design, contract negotiations and high-level communication leading to seamless implementation. Based on his 24-year long career creating customized contract services solutions in the education market, Chris has the knowledge and experience to quickly immerse himself into the unique dynamics of each client, understanding challenges and goals in order to design and execute a well-conceived and successful partnership model.
